[IMPORTANT] Notification of Closure for PayPal payments
Hello, this is Remote TestKit team.
We're afraid to announce that the PayPal payments will be no longer available while purchasing
the Remote TestKit service from the end of this month.
We would carefully ask for your kind understanding about PayPal payment option is going to be finished from February 26th, 2015.
We hope this change does not cause you any inconvenience.
Instead, we’re pleased to note that credit card payments will be provided in more secured level for our customers.
Again, we're sincerely apologize for causing an inconvenience to you according to this change.
Please have a note the following schedule for the closure on the PayPal payments, and unavailable requests via PayPal.
■Changes due to the closure of PayPal payments for the Remote TestKit
・Unavailable to purchase by PayPal from Feb. 26, 2015*
・Purchase New Plan via PayPal (Closed)
・Add more tickets via PayPal (Closed)
・Service plan with PayPal payments will be dropped from 11AM, Mar. 31st, 2015(Japan Time)
・Only available to use Credit card payments from Apr. 1st, 2015
*If you make a purchase before Feb. 26, 2015, March 1st will be the last transaction day via PayPal.
In case you attempt to purchase after Feb. 26, 2015, you will only have an option to pay by credit card.
As a consequence, your current service tickets will be remained although the service subscription will be paused.
Please kindly aware that it won’t affect your Account ID and remained number of tickets you have before the change.
If you would like to resume your subscription newly, we recommend you to change your payment option.
