How can I extend the rental period for a device? / How can I rent a device for 30 minutes, or for 60 minutes or more?
You can extend the rental period for a device you have rented in 30-minute increments.
In the Web app version, you can do so using either of the following ways:
[Method 1: Extend the period from the device list screen]
The screen shows the remaining period for devices you have rented. Press the [Extend] button next to the relevant device to select the extension time. Doing so displays a message asking how much time you want, just like when you rented the device. Select an extension time to extend the rental period.
[Method 2: Extend the period from the device operation screen]
You can also extend the rental period for a device while operating it.
Select the device being used, then select [Extend] from the navigation on the top.
In addition, when you click the section that shows the remaining rental period for the device, the Extend and Return buttons appear. Here you can also use the Extend button to extend the period.
