• Network line: 20Mbps or more
  ※Wired connections provide more stable speeds.

Operating System Environment

Client software version

• Windows 10（64bit）
• macOS Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura
• OS language: Japanese or English
• Compatible with Windows 10 tablet touch panels
• Operation is not guaranteed for use in VM environments.

Web version

• Latest versions of Google Chrome, FireFox, and Safari
  ※IE and Edge may not work.

Network Environment

• An environment that allows direct communication between client terminals and servers via Port443

• Environments not filtered by TCP/IP layer

Other

• Some security software may be incompatible, and you will need to allow this process separately.
