Notice: Regarding Windows Software Client Issues
We have confirmed that after February 19, 2026, the Windows software client may experience the following issues that affect usage:
- After logging in, the “Menu” button cannot be pressed (or pressing it does not display the menu).
We have fixed the Windows software client,
but applying this fix requires reinstalling the software.
We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask you to obtain the software installer from here and reinstall it.
