Remote debugging in Chrome for Android<\/h2>\n

Remote debugging in Chrome for Android is a feature that allowsyou to display your site in Chrome for Android while debuggingthe site using Chrome DevTools on your Mac or PC. If this feature is used in conjunction with Remote TestKit,you can test your web application on a wide variety of devices.<\/p>\n

* It will be necessary to configure adb on your computer ifyou are not already using this functionality.<\/p>\n

In addition, unless otherwise specified, the term \u201ccommand-line\u201d,refers to \u201cCommand Prompt\u201d on Windows and \u201cTerminal\u201d onMac OS X.<\/p>\n

Set-up Chrome on the Rental device<\/h4>\n

  1. Start Chrome for Android, and select [Settings] from themenu.<\/li>\n
  2. From that section select [Developer Options].<\/li>\n
  3. Enable by checking the [USB Debugging] checkbox<\/li>\n
