Are there any mistakes in the email address you registered with?
It is possible that there was an error with the email address you registered with.
Otherwise, if you registered using a free email service, there is the possibility that the email was not received. Please double-check the address.

Has it been treated as spam?
It may be the case that mail sent from our company, if determined to be spam, may have been filtered into a spam folder or otherwise rejected.
Please add our company’s address testkit@appkitbox.com to your spam whitelist.
Please check your mail service or security software’s settings and update if necessary. For how to change your settings, please contact the individual provider or manufacturer.

After deleting unnecessary mail, try checking your inbox once again.

If after confirming that the above does not solve your problem, please registering once again with a different address.
